How to Play Baloot

Baloot is a partnership trick-taking game. Here's a quick overview:

1. Setup: 4 players in 2 teams sit opposite each other. Each player receives 8 cards from a 32-card deck.
2. Bidding: Players bid to choose the contract — Hokum (pick a trump suit) or Sun (no trumps). The highest bidder's team must win the majority of points.
3. Play: Players take turns playing cards. The highest card of the led suit (or trump) wins each trick. Collect tricks with your partner.
4. Scoring: Count points from captured cards and bonus projects (mashrooa). First team to 152 points wins the round.
